Client / Product
One of the top rated SaaS solutions in customer happiness domain, helps businesses be as customer-obsessed as Zappos, Amazon, Buffer are.
Why is it interesting?
— The Client fully trusts us to build the team in Lviv and take over the whole development
— The Client wants to gradually step back, so your role will grow over time as he wants to leave the product “in good hands”
— Initially it will be a mix of PM and QA responsibilities, then you’ll move to more PM role as we replace manual QA work with Automation (in about 6 months)
