— You’ve worked in a startup or were a part of an engineering team for
— You have some experience leading developers (would be nice)

— You know that performance and scalability is important but you know how to balance it with pace of development in real life
— You constantly look for new ways to do things and aren’t scared to learn something new
— You (ideally) have a few projects or code samples that you can share

Offer
— Compensation of $4,000-$6,000 / m for the 1st year
— Get hired directly by Client (it is not outsourcing / outstaffing)
— Stock options / co-founder status (in 1 year or so)
— Fully remote work, flexible schedule (the Client is in Toronto, Canada)
— Possible relocation to Canada after 1 year (to be discussed additionally)
— Paid vacation, national holidays, sick leaves
— Paid courses, conferences, professional books etc
