— Strong mid / Senior level of experience with React Native and TypeScript
— Confident speaking and writing English to communicate productively
— Would be nice — experience with Node.js (so you can be Full-stack)

Offer
— $3,500 — $4,500 /m, can be paid to FOP or Payoneer (if you want)
— Remote, Flexible schedule as soon as plans and deadlines are met
— Direct communications within the team, no PMs etc
— Travel to Copenhagen to work and hang out with the team:)
— 20 days per year paid vacation
— Remote outstaffing model (hired by Innoteka, but work with Client)

Hiring process
Non-bureaucratic and as fast as possible
1/ Non-technical conversation with Innoteka’s founder
2/ Technical interview on Innoteka’s side
3/ One conversation with client’s CEO and CTO
4/ Paid test assignment (3-4 hrs, $100)
Possible start date — ASAP

One of a kind product, very useful for it’s niche. Almost from scratch, no legacy. CEO and CTO with interesting, a bit crazy life experiences.

Product
— Recruitment app for restaurants that addresses industry’s specifics of whom they hire (waitresses, cooks, bar tenders etc) and how this young audience behaves and likes to communicate (easy, fast, interactive).
— Almost new product — it was in validation phase / many experiments for 1 year. Now the team finally knows how both user types (reastaurant managers and young employees) want it to work and look and is going to build it up.

— Team of 8 people in Copenhagen, working remotely
— CEO worked at Google and Boston Consulting Group before founding a restaurant and then — this startup to make restaurant hiring a little easier:)
— CTO was “best IT student” in university, hacked professors passwords and bank systems, quit to become entrepreneur and founded a couple of startups:)
— VP of Technology worked at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Disney
— Once Covid is over you’ll be invited to Copenhagen to meet the team
