Ruby Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an expert in Ruby development, the One with a desire to grow, who can’t live without constant improvements and learning. We need an Engineer with good communication and organization skills.

About you in a couple of rows:

• Strong software design mentality
• Are comfortable working with Ruby and Rails
• Fluent with test frameworks (we use RSpec)
• Proficient in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Have experience creating and consuming web services and APIs
• Confident with debugging and performance optimization
• You understand the necessity of creating maintainable code
• Comfortable with self-code-reviewing and refactoring
• Strong proficiency in both Ukrainian and English is required.

Would be a plus if:

• You are not afraid of new technologies — Elixir, for instance
• You have an open-source activity or experience mentoring others
• You are proactive. We love talking and working with people who come ahead and propose their own ideas
