Who we are
Innocode is an international service/product company with Norwegian roots currently present in Norway, Sweden, and Ukraine. In the partnership with local media companies, we are building better communities, helping organizations to communicate and local governments to provide relevant information to their citizens.
While being a small organization (~70 people) we are ambitious and care that our impact on the world is ecological, practicing zero-waste, sustainable development, and partnering with social entrepreneurs.
Why are we looking for HR
Through the past years, we have been distributing the HR function among different roles within the organization, both on the management level and in the actual teams. Our clients are growing, our people are growing and we would like to put more attention and improve the HR processes. This also means that both management and colleagues understand the importance of HR function and are ready to collaborate.
In our vision we have the following areas of responsibility for the HR manager at Innocode:
Employee lifecycle in the company
Improving our performance management process (career development, career ladders, performance reviews, policies).
Onboarding and exit procedures.
Identify training needs of the team members, help with training session organization.
Coordination of both learning and fun activities on multiple levels (teams / offices / locations).
Consult project managers on the engaging activities, help to coordinate.
Employer brand management
Review our internal and external communication channels, identify our communication strategy as an employer. Incorporate our activities and collaborations (social responsibility) in the communication plan, work closely with our marketing team.
At least 2 years of experience in People Partner or HR manager role, not necessary within IT;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Past experience with performance management processes;
Great desire to work with people.
Innocode AS is both Norwegian and Ukrainian owned software development company, a total of 70 people.
We have 3 teams, working on delivering solutions for Norwegian media companies:
in Lviv we are mostly responsible for a line of own Products for Norwegian media and newspapers, which are being made with Ruby, JS, iOS, Android, .NET, Python and Elixir
in Kyiv — we make WordPress-based websites for brands, municipalities, and coffee-lovers (and not limited to)
in Norway (Oslo, Bergen, Asker), Sweden (Stockholm, Åre) and US (Palo Alto) we have business development and product management colleagues:
