This Technical Support Engineer will be Infront X’s client first point of contact. You will provide outstanding technical support, through various channels of communication.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point to provide resolution of all technical queries from customers
  • Provide B2B and End User support via email, help desk system, and other sources
  • Escalate incoming requests to the development team
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting and solve simple tasks
  • Intermediate communication between the client and development team
  • Perform project specific testing, health-monitoring
  • Support live events
  • Update internal support documentation
  • Responsible for the client experience and work to exceed their expectations
  • Flexible based on client and internal business needs
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and understanding through suggestions and initiating projects [?]

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of operation systems (Windows or MacOS)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JSON/XML, API
  • Knowledge of web developer tools
  • Beginner knowledge of monitoring and logs tools (StatusCake, Datadog, New Relic)
  • Understanding of principles of working CMS systems
  • Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills including technical writing ability both to internal product and engineering team
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedule (morning, day, night shifts)
