Senior Resource Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Infront X is seeking a Senior Resource Manager, who’s primary responsibility is to partner with business leads, department managers, Human Resources, and project teams to make strategic staffing decisions for the organization. This hands-on role manages all allocations and demand planning activities and is responsible for billable performance and utilization of resources across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction, fulfillment, and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests
• Provide resource solutions that meet the requirements of delivery teams and business leads and balance the needs of existing clients and new business opportunities
• Together with Business Leads and Department Managers, own all demand planning, including soft bookings and appropriate “bench” sizes
• Monitor and forecast billing performance and utilization rates at an individual, department, and organizational level. Recommend staffing adjustments to ensure targets are met
• Partner with recruiting and HR to manage the relationships with onshore and offshore staffing vendors, freelancers, and contractors
• Maintain an inventory of core skills and proficiency for all team members
• Balance high-priority needs in a matrixed environment focused on quality, efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• 4+ years of resource management, staffing, and/or workforce planning experience
• 3+ years of agency, vendor, or consulting experience
• 1+ years of project or program management experience
• Understanding of digital technologies used to develop real-time web sites and mobile applications, including Java, Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience in staffing workforce solutions in offshore teams
• Deep understanding of demand planning and financial modeling
• Ability to create and execute leverage models to improve profitability
• Excellent internal and external communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize workload at personal and organizational level
