We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager or a person with a strong project management or business analysis background, who wants to change the role and move forward their career into Product management. From one hand you will be a “voice of the customer” for our service and product teams, from another you will represent our company services and solutions that must help our clients to achieve their strategic goals.
Please NOTE, this is not a classic PdM or BA role but it will allow you to grow your skills as a professional and get a new experience by applying product mindset in service and consulting approach.
— 2+ years product management or business analysis experience preferably from a professional services and/or digital agency (outsource/outstaff)
— Advanced level of English both written and verbal is a must
— Italian, Spanish or French language will be an additional advantage
— Strong understanding of responsive web, iOS, and Android design, UX and development best practices
— Intermediate understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with software development technologies and concepts
— Basic understanding of data storage, transformation, and delivery.
— Familiarity with digital media landscape specifically as it pertains to sports and technology
— Familiarity with digital marketing tools and approaches
— Ability to document and organize business-level requirements in a thorough and clear manner
— Ability to internally communicate business-level requirements in a thorough and clear manner and advocate for client perspective
— Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines and tasks; understand how to prioritize your own time based on project timelines; help push projects forward with continual progress
— Understanding of UX and user-centric design principles
— Ability to quickly become expert in client/project domain (business, sports, users, competitors, industry trends) and serve as a Subject Matter Expert
— Ability to understand and account for of platform limitations, restrictions, sport or tech-specific edge cases in defining requirements and client conversations

— Gather requirements from client’s stakeholders and structure into documentation
— Manage functional business requirements documentation throughout project lifecycle
— Analyze and map data from disparate sources and formats to guide design and development
— Lead project kickoffs, discovery workshops, internal and external requirements reviews, and product show and tells; and elicit feedback
— Work with the development and project management teams to ensure requirements are achievable and inline with best practices and project scope.
— Work closely with the QA team to ensure there is a clear understanding of all project requirements and objectives.
— Validate requirements against deliverables
— Be a strong practitioner of Agile methodologies; be nimble, flexible and always expecting change
— Work with client and project management in the prioritization of product features with client according to scope, dependencies, urgency, cost, and return
— Take part in product ideation and provide feedback and recommendations to the client for new opportunities, features, or products
— Serve as product functional and business requirements expert for any internal or external questions around the product
— Take ownership of quality of deliverables and validate requirements with client in UAT
— Help to define and measure KPIs for client’s product success
— Help client to implement and apply product management best practices
