Solid experience in providing technical software support
Professional customer service skills
Advanced Networking and PC troubleshooting skills

Linux and Windows server basic administration skills
Network architecture understanding
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience — will be a plus
Knowledge and understanding of main backup strategies and deploys — will be a plus

The Technical Support Engineer — is a critical role for Infrascale and our customers. This role is responsible for the successful resolution of a variety of the issues that our customers report. The ideal candidate will bring a host of experiences and a great attitude to the team. These include: strong technical background, client relations, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English language), Linux and Windows server administration. This position will be based in Kiev, Ukraine office
