What you will bring to the table:

* Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS/CIS) or equivalent work experience is preferred.
* Years of work experience: Minimum 1-2 years prior experience working with physical/virtual infrastructure management is a must.

* Supervising the company’s network infrastructure by means of the monitoring system.
* Taking appropriate action to maintain network infrastructure stability.
* Maintain documentation including inventory and guides.
* Accurately documenting all system outages and pertinent follow-up information as required
* Fulfilling service requests using a ticketing system
* Executing planned activities
* Helping company employees on their inquiries
