What we are looking for:

Infrascale, Inc. is expanding its presence in the market and is looking for top-tier software product management talent to help build and improve our products! The Product Owner, macOS & Mobile Agents will be responsible for breathing new life into the Infrascale Cloud Backup Agents for macOS, iOS, and Android — a re-examination of user experience, keeping current, adding new security features. This requires day-to-day Product Owner support of the entire software development process, including the discovery of requirements, acceptance of implementation, and closing the feedback loop with customers. It also requires being an active member of the Scrum team working to deliver the highest-quality value we can to our customers. The ideal candidate brings a blend of communication skills, analytical mindset, hands-on experience building Mac and Mobile apps, and basic project management skills.

What you will bring to the table:

* Hands-on Product Owner:
Excellent communication skills to discover and explain requirements
The analytical mindset to prioritize customer needs and value
Experience in defining the architecture of user experience: story maps, screen flows, common blocks/controls
Experience in structured documentation of requirements, preferably as User stories and/or Gherkin
Experience in managing backlog and working within a Scrum framework
* Ability to proficiently communicate in English — in both written and verbal forms
* Education requirement: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or another related degree
3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
Direct experience with Mac and/or Mobile applications
Previous use of Agile SDLC (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with outsourced teams / external team extensions will be a plus
* Flexible with time-zone hopping — work in local Kyiv time — with sufficient overlap to the east coast of the United States (Eastern Time)

What you will do:
Work with Product Management, Sales, Support, Engineering, and customers to translate business needs into structured and prioritized requirements
Be a customer advocate for the engineering team and other departments in the company
Support the engineering teams in understanding the value and details of new requirements, product and business initiatives
Build and maintain a product backlog with detailed user stories and product requirements
Conduct and support user acceptance testing
Maintain relevant documentation: requirements, release notes, specifications, user manuals
Communicate product status

Learn quickly; Chip in wherever needed to get value to the customer
Operate as a member of a Scrum/Agile team with attendance to daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies
Add to the collective group efforts — and group success
