We are looking for Team and Technical Lead who will head IT operation L3 support team and will drive different operational and implementation tasks.
Areas of Responsibility include (but not limited to):
· Operational support of infrastructure solutions and applications
· Coordination and executing change tasks and implementation projects
· Communication with other support teams, Customer and 3rd party vendors
· L3 Team management
· Documenting
· Reporting
· Other technical and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong experience in system administration, design, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions:
· MS Windows server 2012, 2016 OS and its roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, TS, etc.)
· MS Exchange 2013, 2016
· MS SQL
· Servers, Storages and Storage Area Network
· Automation: PowerShell scripting
· ITIL;
Experience with the following technologies will be a plus:
· VMware ESX, vCenter
· Biztalk
· O365
· Azure
· Jira ServiceDesk
