Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent education in the field
Experience with automated testing (Python, C, Perl, Unix scripting languages)
Strong skills with Linux (RHEL and SUSE) and Windows
Web or Wiki development
System Administration experience
Source Code Management (CVS, Subversion, GIT, others)
SAN, Fiber Channel, SCSI, ISCSI, APIs, Ethernet, Raid, Tape Systems
Strong technical English written and verbal communication skills.
Duties include project analysis, project estimation, test planning, test metrics, reporting, and providing detailed test status. Candidate must be extremely technical with the product to ensure stability and quality across releases. High-level duties include converting test suites to automated standards, creating and designing new test suites, and executing test suites for release qualifications.

Infopulse has worked with Quantum for many years on creation and testing of software for robotized tape libraries and high-performance file systems. Currently Infopulse is looking for an engineer to design, develop, and run tests for our installation, config and monitoring product, StorNext Connect. Testing to include functional and system-level testing on a variety of platforms, setting up system configurations (hardware and software), testing our high-availability fail-over systems, user interface testing, and test automation.
