1+ year of experience in the service desk department will be an advantage
•Knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot etc.), CRM systems, data dependencies in master lists and metadata process workflow, working principles of service desk department in a big company
•Knowledge of KPIs, analysis of statistics and reports
•Good written and spoken English.
•Provide L1 network support activities for company employees
•Ensure reactive repair activities for company employees in Ukraine
•Specify and implement improvements in the internal service desk services
•Maintain necessary department documentation
•Prepare and process reports on department activities
•Participate in meetings, gather results and proceed with action points
•Update content on the Intranet
•Write articles and announcements about the department/other issues
