Qualifications
• IT support of Swedish companies. End user remote support. IT professionals who take part in evaluating, planning, deploying, and operating the Office 365 services, including its dependencies, requirements, and supporting technologies.
• Candidates should have experience with the Office 365 Admin Center and an understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 ProPlus, and Azure Active Directory. This includes experience with service descriptions, configuration options, and integrating services with existing identity management and on-premises infrastructure to support the business requirements of an organization.

Will be a plus
• Knowledge and practical experience with SCCM/Intune.
• English intermediate is required for daily work and communications.

Workspace is a modular-based standard solution that provides flexibility and personalized service delivery. Overall responsibility is to ensure that the users always have the accurate information available in a secure way, in the right place, at the right time.
It includes daily users’ support and troubleshooting. Development, upgrade and implementation of new services based on Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft 365, SCCM and Intune) and technologies from other vendors (Systrack by Lakeside Software, Quest Defender and others).
