Infopulse (part of Tietoevry Create) is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.
Areas of Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Collect and consolidate requirements from business and technical teams:
- Analyze data models and database tables, identifying data sources and their interconnections (HANA, BODS, SQL).
- Understand relationships and keys between tables to support data integrity and efficient querying.
- Gather requirements and facilitate the creation of mockups for building analytical dashboards based on developed tables (Qlik View, Tableau, AO).
- The further development of data models and other objects falls outside the BSA’s area of responsibility and is managed by the DEV team.
- Perform gap analysis between implemented and required system functionality.
- Clearly and concisely present requirements to stakeholders for approval.
- Continuously review and improve business processes.
- Organize and facilitate workshops between business and technical teams.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog.
- Define and document acceptance criteria and use cases.
- Conduct acceptance testing of requested functionality.
- Prepare project-related documentation.
- Create project status reports, release plans, and presentations.
- Run demo sessions, facilitate UAT sessions, and collect UAT feedback.
- Support deployments, go-lives, and provide release notes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, data analysis, technical requirements preparation, and testing.
- Basic SQL skills or relevant experience working with data—understanding table structures, joins, relationships, and how data flows between tables.
- Experience working with technical datasets, interpreting data structures, and analyzing database relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with BI and DWH processes and technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UML.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Practical experience with Jira, TFS, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Advanced English proficiency.
