Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as an Engagement manager/ Pre-Sale Consultant.
We are looking for social and creative team players with an innovative, business oriented and enterprising mindset. The position requires that you are proficient in English and you have proven presentation skills.
Areas of Responsibility
- Active participation in pre-sales and business development activities:
— participating in meetings and presentations to win new clients
— contributing to the bidding process
— performing estimation of future service scope and cost - Responsibility for client’s relations, including the following:
— ensuring client satisfaction and managing client expectations of the delivery quality
— managing the financial part of the cooperation (rates, contractual positions, costs, budgets, etc.)
— controlling contracting and invoicing processes
— being responsible for P&L in client’s accounts - Supervision over projects and deliveries portfolio:
— ensuring effectiveness of delivery process including proper usage of methodology and tools in the outsourcing team
— processing issues escalated by the team and/or the client
— being responsible for proper reporting - Managing the delivery team:
— being responsible for the delivery team staffing according to client’s needs
— performing regular evaluation of the team members including revision of remuneration
— ensuring people management and promotion on the side of Infopulse
Qualifications
- Proven successful experience in managing teams of 20+ engineers in software development
- Business and IT background expertise
- Good understanding of project management and software development processes (including modern Agile approach), Enterprise Applications landscape, IT operation/integration
- Profound communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English
- Strong commitment to producing business values for both the company and the client
- Great knowledge of technology stacks, architecture view on business things; optimally: a development experience in the past
- Ability to link business to technical things
- Advanced leadership and people management abilities
