Areas of Responsibility

• Lead and coordinate a team of consultants, setting priorities and ensuring delivery according to the project plan
• Support transformation programs: design, optimization, and implementation of embedded Advanced Transportation Management functionality in SAP S/4HANA
• Build, maintain, and improve functional and technical assets in SAP Transportation Management (Modelling, business process mapping, and creation of use cases and process flows)
• Coordinate client and internal projects with the focus on the design and implementation phases
• Build and apply technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in the pre-sales phase to both new and existing clients
• Carry out SAP configuration including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
• Define business requirements and write functional design documentation
• Design SAP software components
• Integrate SAP with different business systems, as well as deal with integration tools
• Carry out environment management, release management, and code versioning
• Collaborate and maintain relationship with internal and external customer stakeholders
• Carry out asset planning: develop asset policy and strategy, manage asset portfolio, and develop asset plan
• Carry out asset operations management: planning, scheduling, delivering asset maintenance activities
• Create descriptions of business processes for managing the maintenance and repair of equipment of industrial enterprises, as well as related processes
• Carry out asset monitoring: asset condition monitoring, asset data management
• Perform functional and development testing, and UAT
• Prepare and control data migration/integration
• Collect and analyse customer requirements
• Perform fit-gap analysis
• Perform Business Blueprint design
• Carry out performed system configuration
• Provide cut-over preparation support
• Provide legacy and initial data migration support
• Deliver key user training
• Perform cutover activities
• Provide user support during the Hypercare period

Qualifications

• IT/business degree or equivalent education
• 3+ years of experience with SAP as a functional consultant in PM/EAM
• Experience with enterprise-level SAP projects using waterfall methodology throughout the whole life cycle
• Experience of implementing information systems will be in advantage (EAM, CMMS, any automated control system with the PM functional module)
• Experience in integration to SAP SD, MRP, MM, FI/CO modules will be in advantage
• Experience of working with documentation for the organization of technical operation of equipment
• Good understanding and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management
• Understanding of business functions and relevant SAP products/modules
• Experience in project delivery in an agile way is preferable
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
