Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Middle HR Manager (Compensations & Benefits)
We are looking for an experienced person with strong analytical and communication skills, with good business and financial understanding for further development of our C&B environment. We are offering an exciting opportunity to being part of the one of Ukraine’s largest IT outsourcing companies.
Areas of Responsibility
- Keep up-to-date corporate C&B approach: assist in updating C&B schemes, approve changes with Senior Management, communicate changes to all the company
- Be responsible for a part of corporate C&B programs: insurance (choose provider and programs, be single point of contact with the provider, organize insurance companies, track data for insurance compensations); corporate benefits (Kid’s programs, loyalty program, healthcare)
- Participate in grading process: Map grading system in the company with the system of the provider, assist in calculation of yearly grading ranges of the company
- Review, update, approve and prepare for issuing corporate C&B policies
- Take part in various C&B researches, analytics and initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR C&B (it’s beneficial to have experience from an international company)
- Strong analytical skills, attentive to details, ability to systematize big amounts of information
- Good skills in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong writing and verbal skills in Ukrainian
- Good writing and verbal skills in business English (Intermediate is a minimal requirement)
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
