Infopulse is looking for a Junior User Support Specialist with Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish language knowledge. Areas of Responsibility
- 1st line CRM User Support (MS Dynamics)
- Sales process follow-up and process support (no customer-facing Sales activities)
- Close interaction with Sales Representatives on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish language both in writing and speaking (final-year students of linguistic faculties can apply)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must
- Being a confident user of Microsoft tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team, ability to multitask, being a quick learner
- Being proactive, self-motivated, and able to take a holistic approach to problem-solving
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
Will be an advantage
- Background in IT, Sales, Legal, Document Management, Banking/Finance
- Understanding of the specifics of Scandinavian mind-set and business culture
