Areas of Responsibility
- Execute tactical and operational governance for Cloud & Infra services both internally and externally
- Lead the delivery team, guiding it to work according to the corporate best practices, using the defined policies, processes, practices, and tools
- Lead customers business continuity through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and other related activities with internal/external actions utilizing possible add-on sales that supports Customers’ business targets
- Be accountable for customer demand management and empowering the delivery team to proactively take care of the add-on sales enablement and growth. To work closely with respective Client Partner and Sales
- Be accountable for add-on sales and drives growth with whole customer team (e.g. Customer Architect)
Qualifications
- Proficient English both spoken and written is a must
- Proficient Swedish both spoken and written is a must
- Experience in IT production 3+ years
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Knowledge of ITIL principles
