Areas of Responsibility
Providing support to staffing function within the company:
- Register and update incoming resource requests in the internal system
- Manage communication between departments, project team, project stakeholders etc.
- Manage communication with the customers and subcontractors
- Provide best practice input on specific requirements
- Evaluate candidates and CV’s matching, present candidates to the customers
Qualifications
- English — fluent
- Determined and mature approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and enthusiastic team player
Will be an advantage
- Swedish language proficiency
- Understanding of specifics of Scandinavian mentality and business
- Understanding of B2B
