— 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
— PSM I certification (preferable)
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
— Excellent negotiation/presentation skills, and organizational/planning abilities

— Setting up and facilitating Scrum process

— Regular reporting, scope monitoring and communication
— Cooperating with Portfolio Managers/Delivery Supervisor BSAs to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and that meets the needs and expectations of the customer
— Seeking ways of increasing efficiency of application development
— Escalating issues, risks, and decisions to the Portfolio Manager or other stakeholders as necessary and develop mitigation actions
— Promoting effective teamwork and spirit of partnership
