At least 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter/Sourcer (in-house, agency)
A solid grasp of using Boolean logic for search strings creation is a must
Good understanding and overview of the IT market and its trends
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience with various selection processes and procedures
Solid ability to conduct different types of HR interviews
Excellent team spirit and strong customer focus
At least upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Prior recruiting experience on an international level
Experience with full-cycle recruitment process will be an asset
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media etc.
Maintain ATS and other internal recruitment resources
Conduct HR interviews using various selection tools/methods
Assess applicants’ knowledge, soft skills and professional background
Provide well documented analytical reports based on the conducted interviews
Consult and manage customers’ expectations according to an ongoing search
Act as a single point of contact both for a hiring manager and a candidate
