∙ 5+ years of experience as a Windows IT Engineer.
∙ 2+ years of experience with Office 365/Azure services such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
∙ Experience with hybrid environments.
∙ Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows servers and basic services such as AD, GPO, DNS, ADFS, etc.
∙ Strong knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization.
∙ Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, backup and monitoring solutions.
∙ Good experience with PowerShell.

∙ Experience with System Center services such as SCCM, SCOM, SCDPM, SCVMM.
∙ Experience in endpoint management with SCCM/Intune.
∙ Certification.

∙ Diagnosing and troubleshooting of software and hardware problems.
∙ New services planning and implementation and upgrading of existing ones.
∙ Communication with customers.
