• Higher education in business, computer science, math, engineering, or equivalent disciplines is required;
• A minimum of 1 year of professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of HCM solutions
• Experience in supporting SAP HCM (SAP Success Factors product is an advantage) or other HR systems is preferable
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or above
• Certificate for one of the modules of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Familiarity with XML is an advantage, with the ability to become proficient quickly
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Implementation experience of SuccessFactors Learning, SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, or SuccessFactors EC is a great advantage

• Configuring SAP SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements
• Conducting knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
