Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst
• Deep knowledge of D365: sales, security model, marketing and service processes and customer service
• Experience with D365 configuration and customization, including UCI app, custom controls and virtual entity
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related fields
• Intermediate+ level of spoken and written English
• Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and leadership skills
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of BPMN diagrams
• Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions
• Understanding of basic software architecture principals
• Experience with the description of interfaces and interaction between system components
• Experience of running tasks with Azure DevOps
• Experience with BRMS InRule and DocumentsCorePack will be an advantage
Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage:
• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
• Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

• Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements
• Develop user stories descriptions: main process, developers’ tasks and acceptance criteria
• Present requirements in a clear and precise form
• Continuously review and improve business process
• Organize and manage workshops between business and technical groups
• Prepare project status presentations
• Create and support the product backlog communication with stakeholders
• Prepare acceptance use cases
• Prepare project-related documents
• Conduct gap analysis of implemented system functionality
