Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our team as an Engagement manager for Cloud Service Line
Responsibilities for Engagement manager position will include (but are not limited to):
• Hold end-to-end responsibility for client relations including the following:
o Ensure client satisfaction and manage client expectations
o Promote Infopulse positions inside client organization to develop fruitful “win-win” cooperation between the companies
o Process all issues and escalations from the client side if any
o Manage financial part of the cooperation (rates, contractual positions, costs, budgets, etc.)
o Control contracting and invoicing process
o Be responsible for P&L regarding accounts
• Participate actively in pre-sales and business development activities:
o Manage bidding process
o Participate and hold meetings and presentations to win new clients
• Perform supervision over projects and deliveries portfolio:
o Ensure effectiveness of delivery process including proper usage of methodology and tools in outsourcing team
o Process issues escalated by the team
o Be responsible for proper reporting
• Manage outsourcing team:
o Be responsible for delivery team staffing according to client needs
o Perform regular evaluation of team members including salary revision
o Ensure people management and promotion from Infopulse side
Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:
• Proven successful experience (5+years) in managing deliveries and/or projects in System integration and/or Software development/integration areas.
• Good understanding of project management, IT operation and software development processes
• Good understanding of Microsoft stack technologies
• Good understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365 is preferable, AWS is desirable)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced leadership and people management abilities
• Proactive, result oriented personality, ability to think broadly
• Strong commitment to producing business values for both Infopulse and the clients
• Fluent English (German or French would be an additional advantage)
