Areas of Responsibility
Ensuring client satisfaction and managing client expectations
Promoting Infopulse positions inside the client organization to develop fruitful “win-win” cooperation between the companies
Processing all issues and escalations if any appear on the client’s side
Managing the financial part of the cooperation (rates, contractual positions, costs, budgets, etc.)
Controlling of contracting and invoicing process
Being responsible for P&L in his accounts
Managing proposals and the bidding process
Qualifications
Proven successful experience in Sales and/or Client relations management
Experience in selling IT services
Well-developed communication and presentation skills
Proactive, result-oriented personality, the ability to think “outside the box”
Strong commitment to producing business values for both Infopulse and the client
Fluent English
German language will be an additional advantage
Experience in automotive domain will be an additional advantage.
