• Evaluating, planning, deploying, and operating the Office 365 services, including its dependencies, requirements, and supporting technologies
• System Administrator should have experience with the Office 365 Admin Center and an understanding of:
o Microsoft Exchange Online
o Skype for Business Online
o SharePoint Online, Teams
o Office 365 ProPlus
o Azure Active Directory
• This includes experience with service descriptions, configuration options, and integrating services with existing identity management and on-premises infrastructure to support the business requirements of an organization
• A big plus is knowledge and practical experience with SCCM/Intune
• English intermediate is required for daily tasks and communications
• IT support of Swedish and Norwegian companies
• End user remote support
• Configuration and troubleshooting Office 365 components.
