Infopulse Ukraine is looking for a talented professional to join us as a Support Team Lead (L1) team in our Kiev office.
Areas of Responsibility
• Experience as a Team Leader and managing Level 1 IT Support team
• Executing tasks and reporting on service performance and quality
• Documenting support decisions / keeping minutes of meetings
• Providing follow-ups on daily support requests and status of project activities
• Managing communications between departments, as well as between the support team and customers
• Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
• Proven
• Well-developed analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of ITIL will be an advantage
• Language proficiency — good spoken English is an advantage, extensive experience in written English/documentation writing
• Understanding of windows/server platform, networking, cloud and virtualization technologies will be a significant advantage
• Experience in working with a team varying in personalities and psychological characteristics
