We are infocus — a Ukrainian group of companies operating in 16 markets across Europe and Asia. We develop products that provide daily support and help businesses save resources in customer service, IT, and marketing. Among our partners are Visa and top banks in Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, and beyond. We are expanding, creating new products, and entering new markets.
We are looking for an amazing Java Developer to join our IT team and become a key part of our growth.

You’re our ideal candidate if you have:

• 3+ years of Java development experience
• Strong experience with Java 17+ (preferably 21);
• Solid knowledge of the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot 3.5.x, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate;
• Experience with WebSocket;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, basic Linux skills, Nginx, and logging frameworks like Log4j2/SLF4J;
• Team player with strong communication skills;
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented;
• English proficiency: B1 or higher.

Nice-to-Have:

• Spring Security (JWT, OAuth2, Keycloak);
• Advanced PostgreSQL features: ETL, JSONB, CTE, partitioning;
• Security & cryptography: EU Sign, HMAC/RSA;
• Docker & Docker Compose, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins);
• AWS services (RDS, CodeArtifact).

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services;
• Build and optimize reliable data processing pipelines for large-scale data systems;
• Ensure system scalability, resilience, and high performance;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong test coverage;
• Contribute to architectural discussions and actively participate in team-wide code reviews.
