INFOBUS is an international IT company with over 20 years of experience, delivering innovative solutions in the transportation and online ticketing industry. Our product is a platform for searching, booking, and purchasing tickets — used by millions of travellers every day.
We are looking for a results-driven Middle Recruiter who will own the full recruitment cycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and help us bring the right people on board — efficiently and with a great candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full recruitment cycle — from first brief to signed offer
- Align on role profiles and hiring priorities with hiring managers
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, referrals, and direct search — and manage inbound pipeline
- Conduct initial interviews and assess professional fit
- Coordinate and schedule technical and final interview stages
- Guide candidates through the process and support them through to offer acceptance
- Prepare and align job offers within budget guidelines
- Track and control time-to-fill for open positions
- Maintain up-to-date candidate pipelines and statuses in ATS
What’s Important:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (3 years)
- Hands-on sourcing skills — LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct outreach
- Experience closing both technical (Dev, QA, PM) and non-technical roles
- English B1+ — enough for written communication, document preparation
- Ownership mindset — you influence decisions, not just execute them
- Understanding of core recruiting metrics
- Experience working with ATS systems (hands-on experience with PeopleForce is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
