Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Tech Lead PHP with experience in project management who will help us achieve high results in the development, testing, and implementation of new features.

What will you be doing?

• Defining the technology stack for specific projects or tasks.
• Gathering requirements and conducting business analysis.
• Prioritizing tasks.
• Formulating and documenting tasks for the IT team and overseeing development.
• Establishing processes (e.g., CI/CD, code reviews).
• Developing the technical skills of your team members.
• Managing the project management team.

This job is for you if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing development teams.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum).
• Experience working with MySQL databases.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.
