Strong Junior UI/UX Designer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Strong Junior — Middle UI/UX Designer with a strong visual style, solid UX fundamentals and a product mindset. Someone who can turn requirements into intuitive flows and polished interfaces for digital products, making sure they look great and work seamlessly.

You should be ready to work with both qualitative and quantitative data — from user interviews and usability tests to basic product analytics (supported by a lead). Be curious about user psychology, test hypotheses, and open to refining your work based on results. We’re looking for someone proactive, fast, and full of initiative. You’ll work on products that are a joy to use, collaborating directly with clients (with team support) and cross-functional colleagues.

This is a full-time position. You can work fully remote, or join us at our offices in Lviv, Ukraine or Wrocław, Poland.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating directly with clients in English to understand needs and share ideas.
• Translating client requirements into clear design solutions.
• Designing intuitive, elegant, and visually strong interfaces with high attention to detail.
• Building end-to-end experiences: from UX architecture and flows to high-fidelity UI and final delivery for development.
• Supporting usability testing and analyzing user behavior (via analytics, recordings, interviews).
• Iterating designs quickly based on feedback, testing, and usability insights.
• Creating experiences that build trust and emotional connection through tone, visuals, and interactions.
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and marketers to align design with technical and business context.
• Maintaining consistency and scalability via design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborating with developers for smooth design-to-build handoff.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of comertial experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Strong visual taste.
• Portfolio showing excellence in both UI (visuals, layout, systems) and UX (flows, logic, interactions).
• Advanced skills in Figma (design systems, prototyping, handoff).
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles.
• English level B2+ (comfortable communicating directly with international clients and team members).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with product metrics or analytics.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools.
• Curiosity about design psychology and emotional design principles.
