Responsibilities

• Define digital solutions, formulate product vision, and break down scope into actionable deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (SRS, user stories, diagrams, DoD, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support product design by working closely with UX/UI on user journeys, flows, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align product features with go-to-market and launch strategies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage project scope, and ensure delivery is aligned with the roadmap.
• Track performance metrics, validate hypotheses, and refine features based on real user data and feedback.
• Facilitate project ceremonies and ensure ongoing alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product development as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with pre-sales activities or early-stage client engagement is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in business communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Comfortable leading initiatives independently and working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Experience with product discovery, user research, and delivery from concept to launch.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience in pre-sales and client engagements
• Background in complex, highly regulated, or data-intensive industries
• Demonstrated interest and practical mindset for adopting AI tools and technologies to improve business analysis, productivity, or client solutions.
