Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in Lead Generation
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English (in both written and oral).
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation.
- Proficient in CRM systems and statistical tools, with the ability to extract and analyze necessary data, preparation of different reports and metrics collection and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Experience in strategy creation, conducting various experiments, analyzing results, and implementing best scenarios.
- Experience both in actively seeking direct clients and in organizing successful roadshows.
- The preparation and composition of texts, as well as the creation of sequences.
- Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with various lead generation automation services.
- Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.
