Senior Applied ML Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for our first ML engineer to build the company’s AI foundation from the ground up.

You will design, build, and evolve production-ready ML pipelines that power real AI products. Rather than focusing on a single application, you’ll create reusable ML systems that can be shared across multiple products and continuously improved through user feedback and collected data.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into working systems, shipping quickly, validating them with real users, and scaling successful solutions.

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines for real product use cases
• Build reusable ML pipelines and platform components
• Integrate and adapt open-source and commercial AI models
• Design data collection and user feedback loops
• Evaluate and improve ML systems through experiments, metrics, and user feedback
• Launch MVPs, validate ideas with real users, and scale successful solutions
• Explore emerging AI technologies and rapidly prototype new capabilities

Key skills

• Strong Python skills
• Experience building production ML systems
• Experience with computer vision
• Experience with embeddings and vector search
• Understanding of retrieval and ranking systems
• Experience deploying and maintaining production ML services
• Ability to move quickly from idea to production
• Strong systems thinking

Nice to have

• Experience with diffusion models (Flux, SDXL, ComfyUI)
• Experience building identity-preserving image generation pipelines
• Experience with vector search (Qdrant, FAISS, pgvector)
• Experience measuring and improving ML system quality
• Startup or early-stage product experience
