Influ2 is a fast-growing top-30 Forbes startup, an emerging leader in the ABM industry operating in the US market.
We are looking for a talented Revenue Operations Specialist to facilitate and help us navigate through the scaling process by ensuring cross-functional alignment through clear reporting and maintaining the tools and technologies utilized by our Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the tech stack of Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain the integrations between different tools (e.g. Outreach <> SFDC, Hubspot <>SFDC, Calendly<>Zapier<>Clearbit<>SFDC)
- Create and maintain dashboards in SFDC and other systems (Google Data studio, Hubspot)
- Conduct ad-hoc researches and generate reports in SFDC
- Research solutions for various use-cases from the team
- Constant toolset and process optimization
Requirements:
- English level B2
- At least 1 year experience in Sales/Revenue operations (or related) role
- Experience in creating and optimizing internal processes
- Experience in working with SFDC reports (ideally but not necessary: SFDC processes, flows, formula fields), sales enablement tools
- Great MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience in building automation processes in no-code/low-code platforms (IFTT, Zapier, Integromat, etc.)
Ideally but not necessarily:
- Experience in working with Marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
- Experience in working with data visualization platforms (Google DataStudio, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience in working with REST API
