The following skills are important to us:
— At least 5 years of experience with product management;
— Deep understanding of iGaming business;
— Creative thinking and ability to generate insights and hypothesis;
— Strategic approach to Product development;
— UX principles and best practices;
— Deep understanding of development, delivery processes;
— English: at least Upper-Intermediate.

Will be a plus:
— Experience with Figma;
— Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles.

Your future responsibilities:
— Analysis of competitors, market, trends to identify opportunities and possible new niches;
— Define Product vision, strategy, ensure its alignment with Company’s goals;
— Prepare Roadmaps, ensure high quality of features delivered;
— Create and validate Product hypothesis;
— Work with requirements from business, commercial team, formalize them;
— Identify and track product metrics;
— Work in close collaboration with designer, engineers, data analysts and other specialists within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver solutions;
— Prepare reports and conduct features demo for Stakeholders.
