We develop innovative Human-Machine Interface products, mainly capacitive touchscreen and trackpad system solutions for top Automotive customers. We have an open position for the Project Manager for Automotive SW development.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:
• University (MS or BS) degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.
• Approximately 3+ years of managing software or system-level projects (SW + HW) either in embedded systems or automotive products;
• Understand and practice both Waterfall and Agile development;
• Familiar with JIRA, GIT, JENKINS, etc
• Experience and knowledge of the Automotive standards (ISO26262, AUTOSAR, ASPICE) would be a plus
• Project management certification (PMI, PMP) desired
• Team player with problem and conflict-solving skills
• Capable to prioritize in priority conflicting environment
• Strong leadership and negotiations skills, and passion for getting things done under resistance
• Live in Lviv or the neighboring area, as you need to visit our office when it is needed.

As a Project Manager, you will:
• Coordinate project requirements collection from marketing or customers and translate them into the FW or SW requirements.
• Negotiate with stakeholders the project scope, delivery priorities, resources, project cost, and schedule.
• Propose the project staffing and negotiate with management the staffing options vs. project schedule and impact on other projects;
• Plan SW project launch from the initial concept and manage the project execution to the final product accordingly to the company processes.
• Perform the risk analysis, FMEA, and do the risk mitigation and escalation when it is needed.
• Generate regular project status reports and discuss the project status in regular meetings with our management.
• Prepare the non-technical supplemental project documentation.
