About the Role
We are seeking an HR Director to build and strengthen the HR function as a comprehensive system, encompassing recruitment, retention, learning, and operational HR processes within a dynamic, performance-driven environment. This role is designed for a business-minded professional who thinks in metrics and takes full ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build/Strengthen the Hiring Engine: Optimize recruitment processes, funnels, and quality of hire. Supervise recruiters with a focus on high-volume junior pipelines and key roles in performance and back-office departments.
- Support the Team During Transformation: Manage retention, reduce turnover, and mitigate risks related to burnout in a high-tempo setting.
- Systematize Onboarding and Training: Develop structured, clear, and scalable educational materials and onboarding flows.
- Implement HR Automation and AI: Integrate AI tools into routine HR tasks (job descriptions, screening, training materials) alongside the HRIS.
- Enhance Transparency: Clarify roles, areas of responsibility, and performance evaluation approaches, particularly for back-office teams.
- International Operations: Support international hiring and onboarding of contractors, specifically focusing on regions like the Philippines.
Must-have Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years in HR with a proven track record of building processes from scratch or scaling them (either in a leadership role or as a “solo HR” function).
- Recruitment Mastery: Strong expertise in recruitment as a system, including funnels, conversions, speed, and quality control.
- Language Skills: English B2+ proficiency for working with international partners and managing English-language documentation.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with HRIS (Hurma, PeopleForce, or similar); a genuine interest in Automation and AI is mandatory.
- Ownership: A practical, independent approach with the ability to propose solutions and take responsibility for their execution.
What We Offer
We operate with a high tempo, performance-driven logic, and honest communication. We expect a leader who stays close to the team—especially the performance department—and can act as a strategic partner to the business during this period of transformation.
