At Incora, we’re looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our potential clients — someone who can turn small talk into business talk, and help lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.

No prior experience in IT or sales is required — we’ll provide onboarding and help you grow into the role. But if you do bring experience in outbound sales or marketing, that’s a strong plus.

Requirements:

— English proficiency at B2 level or higher (you’ll use it every day in communication)

— Completed or ongoing higher education

— Strong communication skills (you know how to turn a weather conversation into a client call)

— Fast learner with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities:

— Responding to potential leads and conducting follow-ups

— Supporting the research and preparation of lead databases

— Maintaining CRM records and handling sales documentation

— Collaborating with other sales team members to improve performance and KPIs

— Contributing to the development of team strategy and plans
