— Experience in SMM/content marketing in IT outsourcing company 1+ years
— Strong knowledge of SMM and content-marketing tools and understanding of marketing elements and market research methods;
— Proficiency in English (Advanced);
— Knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
— Good communication skills, listening and analytical skills (oral and written);
— Result focus and action-orientation;

— Experience of work on Foreign Markets(EU/USA)
— Experience in technical writing

— Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
— Leading and developing our communities on Fb, Linkedin, Instagram and other social media,manage and promote the site
— Generate, edit, publish and share various content such as blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, PR articles, blogs e.c.t.
— Edit content produced by other members of the team;
— Communicate with followers and monitor customer reviews
— Develop strategies and programs to build trusted relationships with influencers (thought leaders, opinion makers, bloggers);
— Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
— Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals;
— Collaborate with other teams sales, design and customer service to ensure brand consistency;
— Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions;
— Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
