Responsibilities:

— Create and maintain a content plan for your personal LinkedIn profile and ensure consistent posting.
— Research and generate relevant content topics based on target audience and product positioning.
— Engage with the audience through comments, discussions, and direct communication.
— Monitor job posts and identify relevant opportunities according to company criteria.
— Write outreach messages to potential leads and manage communication until call scheduling.
— Track and manage leads in CRM and maintain structured reporting.
— Analyze performance (posts, messages, conversions) and optimize your approach.
— Collaborate with the team and test new hypotheses to improve results.
