-1+ years of working on HR position;
-experience with building processes from scratch;
-ability to represent the company at the highest level;
-good negotiation skills and correct verbal and written language;
-patient with people and willing to help them;
-ability to prioritize tasks and time management;
-experience in using Google Docs and CRM systems;
-pre-intermediate english or higher.
-HR working experience in IT sphere;
-Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology.
