Completed JavaScript (React.js) courses, or studied independently;
Have HTML5 and CSS3 skills;
Familiar with the OOP principles;
Read technical documentation and have the desire to grow;
Have your own GitHub repository.

Будет плюсом

Practical experience with React.js;
Knowledge and understanding of Node.js;
Experience with CSS frameworks: Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation and others.
