Overview of position:
• Be the overall owner of internal IT for the company (O365, MS Dynamics, Apple Mac), the subject matter expert assisting the company design and implement its IT strategy encompassing high rates of growth across multiple countries
• Recruitment of IT Support in house team of L1-L3 engineers
• Ensure that the Service Desk is an excellent deliverer of Customer Service
• Ensure that the call logging system is fit for purpose and is used effectively and efficiently by the team
• Supports and motivates others, encouraging them to achieve their goals, in alignment with organisational goals
• Sets clear direction for others, e.g. staff, project team members, customers, volunteers, contractors etc.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the ambitions and concerns of others
• Delegates work appropriately and fairly
• Supports and motivates others, encouraging them to achieve their goals, in alignment with organisational goals
• Seeks opportunities to provide people with new challenges and opportunities to develop
• Ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet and exceed defined SLA’s.
• Liaise with external service providers and third-party vendors and manage the supplier/customer relationship.
• Participate as a project resource as and when required.

• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to a small, enthusiastic team of 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers.
• Assist in setting Objectives and goals for team and help them in meeting these.
• Identifies and completes team training in all areas where training is required.
• Ensures all team are (cross-) trained effectively and sufficiently to conduct their work to the required standard and to provide coverage within the team
• Motivates team to meet expectations.
• Identifies each team member’s strengths & areas for development and assists in the creation and implementation of a structured strategy to develop them.
• Holds regular one on ones with team members.
• Manages support resource scheduling to meet business requirements.
• Acts as a role model for direct reports
• Excellent customer service skills with working experience
• Be passionate about customer and service, with a strong will to make a difference with a “go the extra mile” philosophy.
• Strong planning, organising and prioritising abilities. Target focused, proactive and keen to spot opportunities to refine and improve processes and service.

Technical Knowledge Required:
• Define, design and manage the company infrastructure along with the creation of policies, procedures and tooling
• Installation and Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Polices, DNS, DHCP, WSUS
• Experience installing, managing and supporting Windows 10, Office 365
• Administration of MS Dynamics (CRM, PSA, Service Ticketing, PowerBI)
• Administration of Office 365
• Security of O365 instance
• Experience supporting Apple Mac
• Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads, Android and Apple devices
• Application support of common windows applications and applications from vendors such as Adobe, Xero, Microsoft, MacAfee, Sophos, CCH,
• Understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS
• Good knowledge of a range of AV, Web and Email Scanning Solutions
• Hosted Voice and VOIP solutions knowledge
• Networking knowledge covering LAN and WAN technologies
• Backup Monitoring and alerting
