We are looking for Project manager to join our team.

Main specialization (What we do):
— Websites, E-commerce;
— Mobile applications;
— UX Architecture, Prototyping, and User Flow;
— UI Design + UI Kit for developers;
— UX/UI Design for Mobile Apps (iOS, Android);
— Brand Identity;
— Motion Design & Graphics.
Requirements:
— Experience as a Project manager or Account manager in WEB design or digital areas;
— Level of English B2 (C1 will be a plus);
— Project management skills: planning, strategy development, KPI achievement, performance analysis, reporting;
— Team management skills: resource planning, tasking, monitoring;
— Knowledge of Web-development and UI/UX basics;
— Ability to take full responsibility for projects: be engaged in planning, organization, coordination.
General management skills:
— Honesty and determination;
— Organizational awareness;
— Leadership qualities.
Will be a plus:
— Knowledge of business analysis and marketing;
— Knowledge of SDLC principles and project architecture.
Responsibilities:
— Keep responsibility areas under control: planning, organization, coordination, control and forecasting;
— Project management: communication, planning, launching, achieving KPIs, analyzing, reporting, budgeting;
— Team management, work at the head: resource planning, task setting, control;
— Providing supervision and coordination;
— Setting goals and providing feedback;
— Showing and implementing expertise.
