Real Estate Mobile App | Building from Scratch | AI Integrations

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join a compact, experienced team and help build a mobile application from the ground up for a European real estate company. The app aims to modernize how people buy and sell properties, and includes integration with AI/LLM services and third-party communication tools.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the product from the ground up and work in a highly autonomous, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Tech stack:

React Native

TypeScript

Integration with AI/LLM models

3rd-party service integration for calls/messages

Responsibilities:

• Develop a mobile app from scratch using provided UI designs

• Integrate AI/LLM solutions (e.g., OpenAI, other providers)

• Implement real-time features such as in-app calling/messaging via third-party services

• Collaborate with the CTO, back-end engineer, and another React Native developer

• Participate in sprints, code reviews, and planning sessions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile app development

• Solid experience with React Native and TypeScript

• Proven experience building apps from the ground up

• Good understanding of mobile app architecture and API integration

• Experience working with AI/LLM integrations is a must

• English level sufficient for technical communication with CTO

Nice to have:

• Experience with VoIP or in-app calling features

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools

• Background in real estate

About the project:

This is a brand-new B2C product with no legacy code. You’ll be building a mobile application based on ready-made designs, collaborating closely with the CTO and other developers. The tech stack is flexible, and your input on architecture and tools is highly welcomed.
